Trombonist Hayden Adams is an active freelance musician, administrator, and educator in the greater Philadelphia area. He serves as Branch Coordinator and Trombone Faculty at Settlement Music School and is the Second Trombonist of the Bucks County Symphony Orchestra. He is a member of the New City Brass Quintet and the Wayne Oratorio Society, and is a substitute musician with the Capitol Philharmonic, Southeastern Pennsylvania Symphony Orchestra, Symphony in C, and the Curtis Symphony Orchestra. Hayden has performed alongside artists including Seal and the classical crossover vocal group 'Il Divo'.

Hayden has participated in masterclasses and lessons with renowned trombonists including Joseph Alessi, Nitzan Haroz, Colin Williams, Blair Bollinger, George Curran, John Rojak, Denson Paul Pollard, and Scott Hartman. He has attended Blackburn Music Academy at Festival Napa Valley, the Eastman Summer Trombone Institute, and the Atlantic Brass Quintet Seminar. Hayden is on faculty at the Csehy Summer School of Music and previously served as Chamber Music Director at the Philadelphia International Music Festival.

Hayden holds a Master of Music in Trombone Performance from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where he studied with Norman Bolter, former trombonist of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. He earned his Bachelor of Music in Trombone Performance from Temple University, studying with Matthew Vaughn, Co-Principal Trombone of the Philadelphia Orchestra.
